Boomkat leadsinger has released her new solo single, 'Turn It Up.' Taryn is a singer, songwriter, and fashion designer, but most people would recognize her from her acting roles in films such as Hustle & Flow, 8 Mile, White Oleander, and Crossroads.
In a recent interview with Electrocutie, Taryn says, "[Turn It Up] really exists for the sole purpose to get everyone to have a good time." She goes on to say she has a whole album full of material pretty much done, but isn't interested in releasing the whole album at once. She explains, "it’s a big body of work that I've put a lot of effort into, so I want to roll it out really slowly. ...
